 South Lebanon School Receives Distinctive Federal Honor
Residents of Water's Bend Apartments in South Lebanon have reason to celebrate. On Tuesday, September 15, South Lebanon Elementary was named a Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. Located in the King's Local School District, it is the only public school in Southwest Ohio and one of only 314 schools in the entire nation to receive this honor.
Located only minutes from Water's Bend, South Lebanon Elementary serves K-4 students in the area and offers a gifted program, positive behavior system and speech and language services.
The Kings Local School District is also home to King's Junior and Senior High Schools and has earned an "Excellent With Distinction" District Rating for the past 9 years.
