Fees:
Ready to choose Sycamore Place? Start with an application; our fee is only $75.
A $300 deposit is required with approved credit.
Terms:
We offer flexible leasing terms. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Water and Electric:
Residents are responsible for their own electric and water usage.
Cable Television:
Feel free to kick back and watch tv—each unit is cable-ready.
Pets:
We have pet friendly lofts and studios —with just a few rules. We welcome cats or dogs, with a breed restriction and weight limit for dogs. We require a record of health for your fuzzy friend and a deposit and monthly fee.
Refundable Pet Deposit: $250 for one pet, $500 for two or more pets.
Pet Rent: $25 per month per dog, cats are free.
Furniture Rental:
Here on business or simply don’t want to buy furniture? Rent from us! We offer furniture rental packages; please contact a leasing consultant for more information.
Account Management:
We make it easy for our residents to manage their accounts online with napLife Resident Portal, where you can schedule maintenance requests, pay your rent (via checking account or by credit card), view your account history, check out upcoming local events and more.
