Fees:
Security Deposit: $99/$300/1 month's rent, pending credit approval
Application Fee: $35 1st applicant, $15 each additional applicant
Terms:
We offer flexible leasing terms ranging from 3 to 24 months. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do for you!
Utilities:
We offer electric or gas heated apartments. All utilities are the responsibility of the resident. (In a few select apartments, heat is included.)
Laundry:
No need to head out to a laundromat. We have washer and dryer connections in each unit. Residents may rent a washer and dryer for $45 per month (with a three month minimum).
Pets:
We have pet-friendly apartments – with just a few rules. We welcome cats and dogs, with a limit of two pets. Dogs of all sizes are welcome, however, aggressive breeds are not permitted. We require a record of health for your fuzzy friend with a deposit and a monthly fee.
Refundable Pet Deposit: $150
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 for one pet, $45 for two pets*
*Monthly pet fees are waived for cats that are de-clawed and spayed/neutered.
Furniture Rental:
Here on business or simply don’t want to buy furniture? Rent from us! We offer furniture rental packages; please contact a leasing consultant for more information.
Account Management:
We make it easy for our residents to manage their accounts online with napLife Resident Portal, where you can schedule maintenance requests, pay your rent (via checking account or by credit card), view your account history, check out upcoming local events and more.
